Delete your Gym Notes account

This page permanently deletes your Gym Notes cloud account. Prefer deleting inside the app when you can, so that device’s local workouts can also be wiped after the server confirms deletion.

Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your Gym Notes account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription and does not erase store transaction records. Cancel in your store account first if you want billing to stop.

What cloud deletion removes

It does not wipe workouts that exist only on other devices, cancel store subscriptions, or delete Apple/Google purchase history.

Sign in to delete

Use the same email and password as in the Gym Notes app. We never ask for another person’s account ID—deletion always uses the signed-in session.

Cannot sign in? customersupport@twelvetrialssoftware.com — we will not accept deletion requests that only include an email address without authentication.
